The time frame for the delivery of orders is divided into TWO PARTS:

PROCESSING TIME: Verification of the order, preparation, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours of ordering. The manufacturer processes orders, which takes one to two additional days.

SHIPPING TIME: This is the time required for the items to be dispatched from our warehouse to their destination. The estimated shipping time is between 7 – 15 days. 

NOTE : Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please be advised that delivery to remote/rural areas might take longer than usual. In the above cases, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery and if you still haven’t received your order, please let me know via our email info@hill-green.com

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

– The item must be in the same condition that you received it

– The item must be in the original packaging

– The item shouldn’t have been used in any way

– The item is not part of our “non-refundable items”

– The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery

– The item must not be a change of mind 

– You should provide proof of purchase and proof of faulty items (if faulty)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
