At Hill Green, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, wherever you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers which allows us to offer you maximum responsiveness at all times.

DELIVERY TIME

The time frame for the delivery of orders is divided into TWO PARTS:

* PROCESSING TIME: Verification of the order, preparation, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours of ordering. The manufacturer processes orders, which takes one to two additional days.

* SHIPPING TIME: This is the time required for the items to be dispatched from our warehouse to their destination. The estimated shipping time is between 7 and 20 days. 

NOTE : Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please be advised that delivery to remote/rural areas might take longer than usual too. In the above cases, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery and if you still haven’t received your order, please let me know via our email info@hill-green.com
