Senna Tea

Senna is an herb. The leaves and the fruit of the plant are used to make medicine. Senna is an FDA-approved over-the-counter (OTC) laxative

Major Ingredients: Dried Senna leaves (tea cut).

Benefits: Senna tea is produced using the leaves of the herb Senna. Usage of Senna Tea may help:

• Aid in Weight loss.
• Reduce irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
• Treat constipation.

Preparation:

Follow the below preparation method for the best results.
1. Boil 100 ml of water in a teapot.
2. Set this aside, add 0.5 grams of Hillgreen Senna tea and cover the teapot with a lid and let it steep for 7-8 minutes.
3. For best results, this preparation is consumed 20-30ml, 2-3 times per day.

Usage: It is not recommended to use senna for longer than 2 weeks at a time. It’s best when used on an occasional basis.

Makes 200 cups, when made with 0.5g (approx.) of Hillgreen Senna tea.
