The site is controlled and operated by Kaushik Aarav & CO from our office in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We make no representation that material in the site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced solely in accordance with the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in this regard. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein.

Termination

This agreement may terminate immediately without notice from us. Upon termination, the disclaimers, warranties, and limitations of liabilities, damages, and remedies set forth in this Agreement shall survive.

Billing and Shipping Policies

Placing Orders

You can order any of our products as long as they are still available.

Products in high demand may sell out quickly, please note that items that you have chosen in your shopping bag are not reserved – you have to CHECK OUT first to make sure you purchase the product.

You cannot add more items to your shopping bag if you have already CHECKED OUT.

We cannot modify/add the products in your order for you; you have to reorder again to make a purchase if you do not want to pay double shipping fees

Order Processing

We reserve the right not to process your order if the payment is incomplete or if we are unable to validate your payment.

We also reserve the right not to process your order if the product in contention is out of stock and somehow the system fails/errors.

We cannot process your orders on weekends and holidays. We will try our best to serve our customers during office hours. (Monday-Friday from 9 am to 6 pm).

PRICING

The default prices shown on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change conditionally. Please check our current price before you CHECK OUT.

Any custom and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the courier service that you choose. We recommend you contact your local customs for more details.

Payment Options

For domestic customers, we currently offer two modes of payment. Bank (Wire) Transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD).

For payments made through bank transfer to the HDFC Bank Account, you have to confirm (ONLY via our website) to validate your purchase. You have to click the CONFIRM ORDER link to confirm your order or contact us if you need any help.

For Cash on Delivery, you will have to pay the extra charges unless you purchase more than INR 500 worth of products.

Please note that we only give you 3 (three) days to complete your payment, otherwise we will cancel your orders.

Shipping

We use Speed Post and Express parcel for domestic orders. The shipping cost will be borne by us for all domestic orders over ₹500

Please allow 24 hours for processing your order and between 1 to 3 business days for delivery with Speed Post and Express Parcel for domestic shipments to metro cities and between 5 to 10 business days for all other regions/ states.

In order to track your order, just contact us by email with your order number or name used to place the order. We will email you the Speed Post tracking number to track your shipments online. Tracking numbers are usually available 24 to 48 hours after placing your order, weekends and holidays not included.

We cannot be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address or for delays in the delivery due to inclement weather or other causes.

Returns

Returns for our products have a 30-day window from the time of delivery. To make a return, please notify us of your intentions and we will provide you with a return number. We will not be responsible for items lost in the mail or sent to the wrong place. The use of insurance and tracking for your package is recommended.

Your account will be credited the price of the products less the transport/shipping fees when we get the products back.

Please note also that we have the right to accept or not to accept your return/s.

Disclaimer

While no known side effects have been observed or reported to us by using our products, any problems arising from using our products will be the responsibility of the person using. Any ailment, disease, or problems arising from taking these products will be the sole responsibility of the user of that product and in no case, the owner of this website will be held responsible for that.
